Holleman - Montage and putting in operation the industrial equipments

Through the qualified staff, exceptional endowments, know how, we may answer to the requirements of mounting the parts of some industrial equipments.

It is mainly about:
• Replacements of existent means of production;
• New investments in equipments of clients (which are often arriving on components);
• Reparations of different industrial equipments of special dimensions and weights.

After studying the theme, in terms of the client’s documentation, we, specialists in different fields (mechanic, electric, hydraulic, automation), perform a careful planning and then we pass to the montage of equipment. We have complex tools, performing equipments of measurement and control which help us in the fulfilment of the objective: putting into operation on due term.

   Montage of SPIERTZ press. 
The montage of press was performed with a portal of 320 to capacity, the cranes being impossible to be used in this location due to low height of the hall.
The positioning was performed by a team of mounters formed of 4 persons, the duration to mount a press being of 4 days.
   Relocation of the line of paper manufacturing 
The removal from position of the cylinder Yankee was performed with a portal of high capacity and a montage team formed of 5 persons. The difficulty of location was determined by the fact that Yankee cylinder was mounted on the 1st floor of the building, being necessary to descend it through the technological hole of the hall, the height being around 10 metres.
   Discharge and positioning the electric transformer 120 tones 
The discharge and positioning of transformer was performed with hydraulic portal of 320 tones. The truck crane of high capacity cannot be used due to difficult conditions of the land around the transformation point, the arrangement of land being much more expensive than the discharge with hydraulic portal. The works was performed during a business day with a team of 3 people.
