Holleman Industrial Movements - Handling heavy equipments

The handlings of heavy equipments are performed only with specialised staff and its own devices such as: cranes, portals, mobile portals.

Operations performed with hydraulic portal and crane of high capacity:
• loadings, discharges, interchanges;
• Removals or introductions from / in foundations of different equipments such as hydraulic presses, printing equipments, manufacturing lines from different industries;
• Positioning on platforms of very heavy equipments: transformers, generators, turbines; • Interchanges of equipments from one position to another;
• Passing from vertical to horizontal of equipments for transportation (vertical hydraulic presses, reactors, columns, etc.)

    Discharge of the features of 15 tones from ANTONOV charter 
The features with cracks with skid, the taking over on assemblies of creepers allowed the discharge from plane. With the help of mullioned window with three lights they were moved directly to the trailer of the company Holleman.
It was not necessary a crane for this operation. The work team was formed of 3 persons.
    Position of MÜLLER press 
The press was elevated in vertical position with the help of a hydraulic portal of 320 tones, afterwards the press was place in foundation on working position. The duration of this operation was of 2 business days. For this position it was necessary a team formed of 4 persons
    Position of SPIERTZ press 
The press was taken over from the trailer and introduced in the hall with the assemblies of creepers. The elevation in vertical position and the position of press in foundation was performed with the hydraulic portal of high capacity. The work lasted 5 days, the necessary number of workers was of 4.
    Position of the equipment of manufacturing Airbags. . 
PThe work position of equipment was on a height of 5 metres opposite to soil level.
The equipment was elevated with hydraulic portal on work height, after which followed the operation of positioning, performed by its movement on the beams of portal.
    Position of generator 180 tones 
The positioning of generator performed by a team of six persons was realised by movement of the equipment from trailer directly on the foundation, with the help of hydraulic portal and of the assemblies of special creepers operated hydraulically. The entire movement was performed on metallic structures manufactured by the company Holleman.
The duration of this positioning was of four business days.
    Position of turbines 208 to 
The positioning of turbine performed by a team of six persons was realised by movement of the equipment from trailer directly on the foundation, with the help of the assemblies of special creepers with hydraulic movement. One also used hydraulic cranks of high capacity, operated hydraulically in a synchronised manner. The duration of this positioning was of four business days.
