Our team

One of the most important resources that we have and a major aspect of our company’s achievements is our team of professionals, who are dedicated to their day-to-day occupation giving detailed attention to everything they do. And since each employee’s achievements account for a big step forward for Holleman and its clients, we constantly invest in the professional training of our personnel.

Our team staff of approximately 80 people is made up of office staff and operational staff – drivers and repairmen, electricians, hydraulics engineers, crane operators, automaticians, etc.

All our drivers possess required permits and, in addition, we organize large training programs for them. For our new drivers, the first weeks entail travelling with experienced drivers in order to acquire their know-how in driving trailers and anchoring over- dimensional cargo.

Our personnel is specialized in lifting and handling loads with the help of controlled hydraulic cylinder systems, wheel trolleys, portal-type cranes and truck cranes.

On the purchase of new trailers and equipment, our German partners ensure that the required documentation, resources and specialists needed for these, are provided. And if necessary, new working procedures are learnt for this equipment.
